Melbourne based writer, director, actor  & producer.

Anezka Sero is an Australian writer, director, actor and producer. She is the founder of Lakestone Productions, a production company specialising in feature film development and is currently directing, writing and producing the  independent horror film Lucky, which begins shooting in Melbourne in August.

As an actor, Anezka appeared in the films Tipper (2026), Healing (2014), Son of the Mask (2005) and Magic Beach (2025). She has  worked as a dialect and acting coach on several leading Australian and US productions, including the 2025 reboot of Anaconda, Netflix titles Lolo and Kid, Delusion, Outside, Letter to My Youth, The Shadow Strays, Borderless Fog, a US Nintendo Switch television campaign and several leading voice over animations.

Anezka trained at the Actors Centre and at the Australian Theatre for Young People in Sydney and in London, and was mentored by Bill Pepper (NIDA) and John Lander (SUPERMAN RETURNS) in dialect and voice coaching. She holds arts and masters degrees in professional writing and editing at the University of Melbourne and completed her post doctorate at Monash University in Literature in 2022.  She  lives in Melbourne, Australia.
